I had a system installed a few years ago, I can't say enough good things about the workmanship and service. Tom especially gets a gold star from me. He is great to deal with on the phone and on site. He came recently to my property to look at an issue I was having with my app. (not the system itself). He got this resolved for me and then I asked him if I could pick his brain about an issue I was having with one of my tv boxes. He was so gracious to take the time to help me.
