This company was a pleasure to deal with. My 11 year old 30 panel solar system needed a replacement micro inverter which Enphase sent me under warranty. My initial contact was by email with a prompt response and within a week the part was installed in about 15 minutes. Jamie Rendle ( the Wattsup Solar owner ) activated the new inverter remotely minutes after it was installed and emailed me confirmation that it was working properly.
