The initial home visit from James answered all of the questions I had regarding the process for installing a solar project on my roof. James was thorough in his assessment of my needs, especially as the project had to complement my existing whole home standby generator. The symmetry in the system design was very much to my liking, and the stages of the installation were conducted courteously and with attention to detail by the installers and Brian the electrician. The Watts Up team also handled all the paperwork and liaison with Nova Scotia Power very well. The first year of operation has been a joy, with no issues.
